Shipping & Return Policy
· The orders placed to be delivered within India processed in 10 days and shipped through a domestic courier company.
· Please place different orders if you wish to ship them to two or more different addresses.
· Once the products are shipped from our location, the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number / docket number) will be sent to you at that very moment.
· By order of a Court or authorized administrative agency, we reserve the right to release information to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials.

Return & Refund
· We will be eligible for returns and 100% refund if the product delivered is damaged or open seal.
· With respect to the above mentioned point, product should be returned within 3 working days of delivery.
· Any defective product on delivery will need image verification. In case of defect or any damage, contact our customer care with pictures of the same. Our executive will help and guide you with refunds.
· It is mandatory for every customer to record the delivery of product in video in order to avoid any dispute while returning the product.
· In case of incorrect or changed product the customer will have to produce the video recorded within a quick span of time.
· Refund will be done in the form of money back to the payment mode / account that was used at the time of transaction.
· The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 3 Day Replacement Guarantee:
A) Any product that shows physical damage to the box or to the product
B) Any product that has been washed
C) Any product that is not in its original condition
D) Any product that is returned without the original retail box and all other items included with the packaging and accessories of the product at the time of delivery.

Return & Cancellation Policy
Customer’s complete satisfaction is the main aim at STAR JEWELLERY. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept return of
packages within 14 days of sale date. We will refund a full amount excluding the shipping charges of the concerned product. The only matter of consideration
is that the product should be returned unused and in the same condition as you had received it along with its original box and packaging. STAR JEWELLERY
reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used.
In case, the product received is the incorrect product
In this case if the issue is initiated immediately within 3 days on receipt of the product, we would refund 100% of the product cost.
We urge you to not accept the product in this case. We will also bear the return shipping cost for any incorrect product delivered, along with the complete refund.
