Eligibility Criteria

Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to use the Website. People below 18 years are prohibited to make any use/purchase/contact from/with this website.

Those who choose to access this website across India are responsible for compliance with local laws. We will deliver the products only within India and in case of overseas shipping we will not be liable for any claims.

There might be a scenario where the state might require a special documentation to carry sales without dual taxation as the product is being sold from one state to another. In such case we might receive an order from the concerned state or let’s say from the state where the product is to be delivered. Under such circumstances we retain the right to accept or reject the order.

 

Pricing and Payment Terms

In such cases, we have the right to suspend or terminate your membership with us and refuse to provide you with any access to the Website.
In case of any event that leads to non-delivery due to your negligence (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), the extra cost incurred by Star Jewellery for redelivery shall be claimed from you and you shall further pay such cost.

Before placing an order you shall check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to follow the terms and conditions included in the item’s description.

 

Restrictions

Star Jewellery reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity / value of the items purchased by you and such restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account. The same credit / debit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
